PR & Communications Manager

About the Role OneSourceIT is looking for a strong PR & Communications Manager to lead the company's public positioning, corporate communications, and reputation development across Armenian and international markets. The primary goal of this role is to increase OneSourceIT's visibility, build a strong public image, and establish a high-quality presence across media, professional networks, and the business community. The role sits at the intersection of PR, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Brand Communications, and Thought Leadership. Key Responsibilities PR & Communications Strategy Develop and execute the PR & Communications Strategy Shape OneSourceIT's public positioning Develop key corporate communication messages Plan PR activities and communication campaigns Strengthen corporate image and reputation Monitor the media landscape, market, and competitors Identify PR opportunities and newsworthy stories Media Relations Build and maintain relationships with journalists and media outlets Prepare and distribute press releases Organize interviews, expert comments, and media publications Identify opportunities for expert articles and media appearances Work with local and international media Prepare media kits, company profiles, and PR materials Monitor OneSourceIT's media coverage and mentions Corporate Communications Prepare corporate news and official announcements Develop content about projects, achievements, and company expertise Prepare CEO / Founder communications Develop speeches, interviews, presentations, and public-facing materials Maintain a consistent external tone of voice Support launches, partnerships, and major company announcements Thought Leadership & Brand Authority Develop OneSourceIT's expert positioning Identify speaking opportunities at conferences, forums, and business events Develop expert articles, interviews, and commentary Support CEO / Founder personal brand development when needed Create content demonstrating expertise in IT, Software, Digital, and Business Strengthen OneSourceIT's presence within professional and business communities Events & Partnerships Provide PR support for events and business activities Coordinate OneSourceIT's participation in conferences, forums, and exhibitions Build relationships with event organizers and professional communities Develop communication partnerships Identify opportunities for joint PR initiatives Reputation & Crisis Communications Monitor the company's public reputation Identify potential reputational risks Develop communication scenarios for crisis situations Support the preparation of official responses and public statements Maintain a consistent and professional public image of OneSourceIT Requirements 3+ years of experience in PR, Communications, Corporate Communications, Media Relations, or a related field Experience in B2B, Technology, IT, or Digital companies is an advantage Practical experience working with journalists and media Experience preparing press releases, interviews, and PR materials Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong understanding of PR and corporate communications Ability to create clear and compelling communication messages Strong copywriting and editing skills Ability to manage multiple communication projects simultaneously Strong organizational skills High level of independence, initiative, and responsibility Understanding of business and technology environments English — Advanced / C1 or higher Russian — preferred Armenian — required What We Offer Performance-based commission + bonus system based on PR, communications, and brand development results Direct influence on OneSourceIT's public positioning Opportunity to work with Armenian and international media Opportunity to develop the company's PR and Communications function Work with technology and business-focused content Participation in international events and professional communities Support from Marketing, Business Development, and Leadership teams Freedom to develop and implement your own PR initiatives Professional and financial growth Significant influence on the company's visibility and reputation Who We Are Looking For We are looking for more than just a PR specialist who can distribute press releases.
